With station lists you can record and playback multiple radio stations simultaneously. When activated SonicWeb splits the radio station streams of a station list into separate tracks and adds them to a common playlist that you can control just like a media player. You can define as many station lists as you like and switch between them, regular internet radio stations and custom playlists at any time.
Clicking "Station Lists" in the toolbar at the top will show the station list browser:
Enter a search term into the "Search Station Lists" input box and press the enter key to search for predefined station lists. Only station lists that contain the entered search term will be displayed. To show all station lists again clear the input box and press enter again.
Clicking "Your Station Lists" displays all station lists you have created and the predefined station lists that you have started at least once.
Clicking "All Station Lists" displays the predefined station lists sorted by name.
Clicking "New station lists" displays the list of predefined station lists sorted by when they were added to SonicWeb.
"Create New Station List" allows you to create your own station list with your own favorite radio stations. See the section "Creating new station lists" below for details about how to create your own station lists.
An entry in the center area shows the name of the station list and the genres of the radio stations that are part of the station list.
Click the name of the station list to show the station list details including a list of the already recorded tracks of this station list.
Using the buttons along the bottom you can start or stop the station list, make it a favorite or unfavorite it again and delete the station list.
When you click "Play" the station list will be activated. Playback starts instantly. At the same time recording of the radio stations of the station list begins. The currently playing track will be displayed in the now playing area at the top right. The recorded tracks of the station list will be displayed in the now playing tracklist to the right.
Clicking "Stop" wil stop playback and recording.
Click on "Favorite" to make the station list a favorite. Click again to unfavorite it again. A favorite station list is shown in your favorites list. Click on "Favorites" on the toolbar at the top of the screen to show your favorite list.
When you delete a station list it will be removed from your favorite list and your recently played list. The track list of the station list will be removed as well. If a track is not part of any other radio station track list, statio list track list or custom playlist it will be permanently deleted.
To create a new station list click the "Create New Station List..." button at the bottom left of the statio list browser.
In the new station list dialog enter a name for your station list. After you click "OK" the station list details for your new station list will be shown. Because no internet radio stations have been added to the station list yet the "Add Stations" dialog is automatically shown:
The "Add Stations" dialog allows you to browse the available radio stations and add them to the station list. If you click a radio station it will be added to the station list. If you click a radio station that is already part of the station list it will be removed.
When you are finished adding radio stations click the "Play" button besides the station list name to activate it.
